General Information

·         TAGKC will supply the materials needed for Coloring and Academics.

·         All competitive items are subject to TAGKC Executive Team and Trust Board final decision.

·         Due to popular demand KIDS Fest has been extended to include Talent Show and moved to Temple premises. To cover facility rental cost minimal entry fee will be charged for some of the items as listed below.

General Rules for Participation

·         Participants should arrive at least 20 min early to allow enough time to go through the registration.

·         Registration is mandatory in order to participate in any of the competitions. $5 per kid late registration fee will be charged for walk-ins.

·         Only participants are allowed in the participation area or room.

·         Minimum of 3 participants registration is required for each item. Registrants will be notified if an item is cancelled due to non-participation.

Dance, Drama & Music (Vocal or Instrument) Information

·         Participants are responsible for their props and music.

·         Participants should handover their necessary music CDs week before.

·         Participants will be grouped in to 6 to 10 year old and 11 to 16 year old groups depending on their age. There should be minimum of 3 participants in each group under each category. In case of insufficient participants either registered participants will be clubbed with the other group in the same category or group will be cancelled. Registrants will be notified prior to event date in case of any changes to their participation.
